colossians
a while back shawn challenged me to "rewrite" Colossians 1:15 - 20(?). This is what came out. it's not finished and i'm not sure how to end it at this point.
In image liken unto God, a first born Son of all above and below does show Thy mark.
By Thy hands the worlds collide, heaven and earth do intertwine
In Christ the head they hold firm fast for He has brought all things to pass.
And not just orbs or spirits made
But the shining glory of one He saved
A body called the church, His bride.
His lordship cannot be denied
For God the Father’s pleasures be
To grant the fullness unto Thee.
And through Him came a healing balm
The blood, the cross, the branches palm
That brought forth peace and reckoned so
All guilty men, their darkened souls.

hey! how are you? i noticed you have references to scripture on your site, and i have since to come across any dirty language, yay! anyways, i just started a blog and need a way to get my name/site out there. im a Christian, an artist and a writer(my blog may not prove that, but i am). i know that one way to promote a blog is to network with others. is there any way you might help me? if not, it's okay. but i just had to ask. :)

hey there. not quite sure how i could help you. what are you thinking? i basically just emailed my friends. i'm new to this whole gig. i know there are online sites that encourage submissions from aspiring writers/artists. check out relevantmagazine.com
i do appreciate it. trying to network in this blog thing is interesting. relevant, yeah, i used to have a subscription. can i assume you are a sister in Lord? well, much love sister. :)
